“Christoff Reserves are my favorite oils! These are the oils I cook and bake with in my own kitchen”

Ascolano is a Tuscan varietal that is often grown in California for table olives but makes a buttery mild but very complex oil that exhibits the fruity characteristics of tropical fruit like banana or peaches.
This wonderful oil has won more awards for Wild Groves and the Lucero family than any other oil!
The Lucero groves in Corning, California are some of the oldest in the country and Dewey Lucero is a fourth generation farmer and producer to carry on this legacy.
I know you will love this beautiful mild buttery oil in absolutely everything! it is a superb finishing oil, perfect for salads and pastas but it is also something you can use with absolute confidence in all your baking and even over ice cream!!
We also donate $1 from each bottle sold to Luna's fund which helps support animals in need. Each year we donate to a local animal charity near that producer. In honor of the sweet elusive fox that lives in the Lucero groves we are donating to the California Wildlife Center who are dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of native California species including foxes!
Luna thanks you!
